Naetiv is a contemporary african fashion brand specialising in:
• Custom Aso Oke weaving
• Bridal and occasion outfit tailoring
• Curated Asoebi sourcing for events
• Custom accessories (hand fans, beads, etc.)

Client Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• The information you provide is accurate and complete at all times
Orders & Contract
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability and are confirmed upon payment
• You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is made
• A contract is only formed once your order has been accepted and/or production has begun
• If you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately at [email protected] Amendments are not guaranteed once production has begun or after any stated purchase deadline. All sales are final thereafter.
• Full payment is required to secure your order and production slot
• For bulk gele/asoebi orders and custom bridal Aso Oke, an 80% deposit is required to secure your order, with the remaining balance due upon completion and prior to delivery. Shipping fees are not included and will be charged separately.
• By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Orders will only be processed once the required payment has been received.
• Naetiv reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion or orders due to pricing errors or availability
Custom Orders
Due to the handmade nature of our products:
• Colours, patterns, and finishes may vary slightly, these variations are not considered defects
• Minor variations in colour, weave, or finish may occur, these are not defects but a reflection of authentic craftsmanship
• All custom-made items (Aso Oke, outfits, accessories) are final sale
• Production timelines will be communicated before order confirmation
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements
Naetiv is not liable for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the client.
Asoebi Orders (Group Orders)
• Purchase deadlines will be clearly communicated for each event
• Orders must be completed within the specified timeframe, orders placed after deadlines may not be accepted
• Once the deadline has passed, all orders are final and cannot be amended
Delivery
Delivery timelines vary depending on:
• Product type (ready-to-wear vs custom)
• Location (Nigeria, UK or international)

Returns & Refunds
• Given the bespoke nature of our products, all custom aso oke orders are non-refundable
• Resolutions (including repair or replacement) are offered only in cases of verified faults
• For Aso ebi orders, cancellations made before the stated Purchase Deadline are eligible for a full refund. After this point, all sales are final.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Items received in our signature packaging must be returned in their original packaging. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage, as Naetiv cannot be held liable for items lost in transit. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account.
Liability
In the event of non-delivery, incorrect fulfilment, or if items arrive damaged, defective, or in the wrong quantity, Naetiv’s responsibility shall, at its sole discretion, be limited to:
•Resolving any shortage or delivery discrepancy
• Repairing or replacing the affected item(s)
• Issuing a refund for the item(s) in question where appropriate
All resolutions are offered at our discretion following a thorough review of the concern. Proof of the issue, such as clear photographs or videos, may be required to support your claim. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers/customs
Intellectual Property
All content on this website (images, designs, branding) belongs to Naetiv and may not be used without permission.
